Returns true if sym ends with one of the suffixes given.

Example

:hello.end_with?("ello")               #=> true

# returns true if one of the +suffixes+ matches.
:hello.end_with?("heaven", "ello")     #=> true
:hello.end_with?("heaven", "paradise") #=> false
